There's a lot to do in oder to get a mortgage. You wouldn't be here on our site if you could complete a one-page application and receive an excellent loan check cut the same day. But Anita Martinez-Trumm does the heavy lifting so you can concentrate on your life rather than the mortgage loan.

There are four main steps involved in getting a mortgage loan.

Step one: Decide on your maximum loan amount

This is a function of a couple things. What kind of monthly payment are you looking for? What is the maximum you can borrow from a lender, given your income and credit history? Use the calculators on our website to determine your monthly payment amount. We'll also help you through different scenarios by asking a few simple questions. Because lender guidelines are fairly standard, we can give you a good idea of how much you can borrow after a short conversation.

Step two: pre-qualify for your loan

This step is where Anita Martinez-Trumm can begin to save you money. You will provide information about your employment, assets, and residence history. You'll supply your employment, asset, and residence history information. We will get your credit report and score (with your permission, of course). After we've finished reviewing the provided information, we'll provide a pre-qualificaiton letter. Your real estate agent will use the pre-qual (as they may call it) in order to make the best offer on the home you choose. The pre-qual letter gives you buying clout! While you're picking out your new home, we are finding the loan that best fits your needs.

Step three: apply now! We make it easy

Once you've made the offer and the sellers have accepted, you should apply for the loan. It couldn't be easier, and you can do it online, right here on our website. After the offer has been accepted and you have submitted your loan application, we'll order a professional appraisal on the home.

Step four: your loan is funded

Your real estate agent and the seller's will work together to find an escrow/title company to handle the funding of your loan. We'll coordinate with this company to ensure the papers your lender requires are in order, and you will probably}likely sign all these papers at their officeWe work with with the title company to set your date of closing. Because you don't have to worry with this coordination, you get to concentrate on the move, paint colors, new carpet, and all the details of getting your new house.

You've answered a few questions, provided lots of information, applied , and the next thing you know, you are moving in! We do the mortgage legwork so you can spend your time finding your new home.
